INDEPENDENTLY OWNED COFFEE SHOP IN DUNMOW, ESSEX

We at Meadow Hill Coffee Shop & Deli are proud to be a small, independently owned coffee shop located in the greater Dunmow, Essex area. Our shop’s name derives from the original name of the town. This town was the site of a Roman settlement and was named ‘Dunemowe’, which actually translates to ‘Hill Meadow’.

 

Today our coffee and sandwich shop strives to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly customer service for each of our customers. We also strive to serve locally sourced, tasty, high-quality food and coffee whether it be for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

 

In addition to making delicious coffee and tea, we also have our own small kitchen where we make our scones, cakes, soups, sausage rolls, traditional and black pudding Scotch eggs, savoury tarts as well as the regular menu dishes. Our team cares a lot about the local economy and the growth of the Dunmow community, which is why we do our best to continually utilise ingredients that reflect this.
